Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Usually, orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout.

Courier charges for product returns must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, if available.

Customers can use the tracking details to check the delivery status of their order.

Delivery Address

Package Opening Video

Customers are requested to record a clear opening/unboxing video while opening the package.

This video is mandatory for any damage, torn product, return, refund, or exchange-related request.
